  • JAME – Kia Service Advisor are Service Specialist of the World Kia Service Advisor are Service Specialist of the World

    The 2nd Kia World Service Advisor Competition was recently conducted from 11th ~ 13th June 2013 in Seoul South Korea. The aim of the competition is to encourage Service Advisors to improve their customer caring skills and show the world their expertise in delivering the Kia Service Process.

    52 Service Advisors from 46 countries around the world participated in this biennial contest. The competition was divided into 2 segments (Written test & Practice Test). Juma Al Majid Est representative, Ms. Maryann Cabading from Ras Al Khor Service Center bested all participants and received Performance Excellence Award and monetary prize for her outstanding performance in the Written & Video Analysis Test segment of the competition.

    This achievement showed the world class capabilities of our service staff and effective training programs which they received.
