Juma Al Majid Group in 2005 established an In-house
Training Center. It was strategically located within the
facilities of its main workshop at Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The
management’s vision for the Training Center is to create
world class trainees by enhancing their knowledge and skills
aligned with “Fix Right the First Time” principle.
Our mission is to provide high quality and up to date
systematic training program in person with the use of
multi-media and on-line technology to our technicians,
service managers, supervisors, …. etc. to enhance their
knowledge and skills.
To achieve the vision and mission, the Training Center was
prepared using state of the art and updated training
equipments, materials and vehicles to keep our staff updated
with the latest technology in Automotive Industry.
Every year we conduct technical and non-technical trainings
to our staff, business partners and special institutions.
Awards/recognition received:
The well equipped and arranged training center received
several awards/recognitions from Kia Motors Corporation, the
last award received was “2010 Excellence in Training” and
“Best Technician in the World 2008.”

This training center has two (2)
complete lecture rooms with complete facilities, one (1)
power train (engine and gear) practice area, one (1)
Electrical & electronics practice area, one (1) refreshment
area and two (2) on-vehicle practice area.
