Quality Policy

WARRANTY

  • Basic Warranty Period (Mohave, Cadenza, Quoris & K-900)
    Special Warranty for Mohave, Cadenza, Quoris & K-900 is 5 Years or Un-Limited Mileage, whichever comes first (from date of original retail delivery or date of first use).
  • Basic Warranty Period (Other Models)
    Kia new limited warranty is 60 months from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 150,000 km, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty

Navigation systems limited warranty as stipulated in the navigation owner manual.

Battery

The original equipped battery is fully covered for the first 12 months from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use regardless the mileage.

Air Conditioner-Refrigerant Charge

Air conditioner charge is covered for the first 12 months from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use regardless the mileage. Over the balance of after 12 months, refrigerant charge is covered only when replenished as part of warranty repair.

Anti-Perforation due to corrosion

Kia warrants that the body sheet metal panels of Kia vehicles are free from defects in material or workmanship which result in perforation (hole through the body panel) due to corrosion, subject to terms and conditions. An authorized Kia dealer will repair or replace anybody sheet metal panel perforated due to corrosion resulted from defects in material or workmanship under normal use without charge to you.

The warranty period is for the first 36 months from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use or 100,000 km. whichever comes first.

Drive Mechanism Cassette Player and Compact Disc Player.
Drive mechanism of audio cassette player and compact disc player is covered for 36 months from date of original retail delivery or date of first use or 60,000 km, whichever occurs first
